DevOps Engineer (m/f/d)

What We Do

At nuwacom, we’re building the next evolution of work.

Our fast-growing team of curious and hands-on minds is united by one mission: to make AI truly collaborative, secure, and useful – not just smart.

We’re creating an adaptive, AI-native workspace that helps teams organize, create, and collaborate – all in one secure platform. More than a tool, nuwacom acts as your intelligent co-pilot: embedded in workflows, aligned with your goals, and always on your side.

As we scale, we’re looking for driven builders who want to shape this future with us. People who believe that AI should empower, not replace. Who care about quality, clarity, and real impact.

Our ambition: to set a new standard for how humans and AI work together – as one team.

Your Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer at nuwacom, you will be instrumental in building, scaling, and securing our cloud-native infrastructure. Working at the intersection of development and operations, you will ensure that our AI-powered platform runs reliably, efficiently, and securely for enterprise clients. • Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments, ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards

  • Automate provisioning, deployment, and operational processes to minimize manual intervention

  • Collaborate across teams to streamline workflows and foster a strong DevOps culture

  • Document infrastructure architecture, processes, and runbooks to promote transparency, clarity, and knowledge sharing

  • Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments

  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with a proactive, analytical mindset

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams

  • Fluency in English – our working language (German is a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or similar cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, GCP)

  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security automation tools

  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL and database operations in cloud environments
