Your Responsibilities

As Head of Demand Generation at nuwacom, you will take the lead in designing and executing demand generation strategies that fuel our growth across enterprise accounts. You’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market approach, working closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to build scalable programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

  • Own and lead the demand generation strategy across channels, with a focus on enterprise marketing and communication buyers

  • Build and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels – from strategy to execution to measurement

  • Develop and manage ABM programs to engage key accounts and buying centers, aligned with sales priorities

  • Create and refine lead scoring, routing, and nurturing flows to ensure quality pipeline generation and conversion

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align on ideal customer profiles, campaign themes, messaging, and timing

  • Use data to continuously optimize performance, experimenting with new tactics and iterating based on insights

  • Support product launches and content initiatives with demand-focused strategies that maximize reach and impact

  • Help build and grow the marketing team, acting as a sparring partner to leadership and mentor to junior team members

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech environment

  • Strong understanding of the enterprise buyer journey, especially in communication, marketing, or product teams

  • Proven success in building multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA4)

  • Analytical and creative mindset – able to turn data into decisions and ideas into action

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially across Sales, Product, and Leadership

  • Comfort in fast-moving environments – with a proactive, self-directed working style

  • Fluency in English - our working language

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
