Your Responsibilities
As Head of Demand Generation at nuwacom, you will take the lead in designing and executing demand generation strategies that fuel our growth across enterprise accounts. You’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market approach, working closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to build scalable programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
Own and lead the demand generation strategy across channels, with a focus on enterprise marketing and communication buyers
Build and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and partner channels – from strategy to execution to measurement
Develop and manage ABM programs to engage key accounts and buying centers, aligned with sales priorities
Create and refine lead scoring, routing, and nurturing flows to ensure quality pipeline generation and conversion
Collaborate closely with Sales to align on ideal customer profiles, campaign themes, messaging, and timing
Use data to continuously optimize performance, experimenting with new tactics and iterating based on insights
Support product launches and content initiatives with demand-focused strategies that maximize reach and impact
Help build and grow the marketing team, acting as a sparring partner to leadership and mentor to junior team members
Your Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise tech environment
Strong understanding of the enterprise buyer journey, especially in communication, marketing, or product teams
Proven success in building multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA4)
Analytical and creative mindset – able to turn data into decisions and ideas into action
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially across Sales, Product, and Leadership
Comfort in fast-moving environments – with a proactive, self-directed working style
Fluency in English - our working language
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
